Application Effect of Factors to Strengthen Protection and Management of Nosocomial Infection in Outpatient Department of Stomatology
Objective To analyze the application effect of strengthening the prevention and management of nosocomial infection factors in the outpatient department of stomatology.Methods A total of 12 medical staff in the stomatology outpatient department of Shanxian Central Hospital of Heze City from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected randomly as the research objects.There was no change in the medical staff during the study period,and they were divided into two groups according to different management methods.Routine management was implemented from July 2022 to De-cember 2022,and they were set as the control group(n=12).Implementation of enhanced protection management from January 2023 to June 2023,set as research group(n=12).To compare the protective effect of two groups of manage-ment modes.Results After strengthening the protection management mode,the score of theoretical knowledge assess-ment of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events of medical devices was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total number of bacterial colonies on the surface of the operating table and in the air in the consulting room of the two groups met the hygienic standards for disinfection in hospitals.Compared with the control group,the total number of bacterial colonies on the surface of the operating table and in the air in the consulting room of the research group was reduced,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the prevention and management of nosocomial infection factors in the outpatient department of stomatology can significantly improve the awareness of nosocomial infection protection,reduce the occurrence of adverse events in the outpatient department of stomatology,and improve the quality of nosocomial infection protection.
