摘要
本文分析了老年人就医所面临的困难原因,主要集中在使用智能手机预约号源困难、就诊流程复杂、用药咨询困难等方面,制订了相应改善老年人就诊困难的措施,解决改善老年患者所面临的难题,提升来院就诊老年人的服务满意度,全面提高医院整体的就医服务质量.
Abstract
This paper analyzed the reasons for the difficulties faced by the elderly in seeking medical treatment,mainly focusing on the difficulties in using smart phones to make an appointment,the complicated medical treatment process,and the difficulties in medication consultation,and so on,and formulated corresponding measures to improve the difficulties faced by the elderly,solve the problems faced by the elderly patients,improve the service satisfaction of the elderly seeking medical treatment,and comprehensively improve the overall medical service quality of the hos-pital.
