摘要
随着医疗改革的深入推进,我国公立医院的医疗流程逐渐复杂化,出现了一系列需要解决的问题.为了提高管理效率,优化资源配置,降低运营成本,核心小组议事制度逐渐成为公立医院临床科室管理的重要手段.核心小组议事制度是一种集体决策方式,通过选取临床科室中的关键成员组成核心小组,对科室的重要事务进行讨论和决策.以此提高决策效率,提高决策的科学性和民主性,推动科室的持续发展.本文将对核心小组议事制度在公立医院临床科室管理中的应用进行探讨,以期帮助公立医院临床科室实现有效管理.
Abstract
With the deepening of medical reform,the medical procedures in public hospitals in China have gradually become complicated,and a series of problems have emerged that need to be solved.In order to improve management efficiency,optimize resource allocation,and reduce operating costs,the core group discussion system has gradually be-come an important means of clinical department management in public hospitals.The core group discussion system is a collective decision-making method that selects key members of the clinical department to form a core group to dis-cuss and make decisions on important affairs of the department.In this way,we can improve the efficiency of decision-making,enhance the scientific and democratic nature of decision-making,and enhance the sustainable development of the department.This article will discuss the application of the core group discussion system in the management of clinical departments in public hospitals,with a view to helping clinical departments in public hospitals achieve effec-tive management.
