持续质量改进管理在护理不良事件管理中的应用分析

目的 探讨持续质量改进管理在护理不良事件管理中的应用价值.方法 选取2021年1月—2022年12月深圳市人民医院在职在编临床一线80名护理人员为研究对象,按实施干预方法不同分为两组,各40名.对照组实施常规护理不良事件管理,观察组实施持续质量改进管理下的护理不良事件质量管理,比较两组护理不良事件平均上报时间、平均应答处理时间,统计两组护理人员对管理方法的满意度.结果 观察组平均上报时间及平均应答处理时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组护理人员对管理方法的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.804,P<0.05).结论 持续质量改进管理对缩短医院护理不良事件上报时间,提高对护理部管理方法的满意度有积极意义.
Analysis on the Application of Continuous Quality Improvement Manage-ment in the Management of Adverse Nursing Events
Objective To explore the application value of continuous quality improvement management in the manage-ment of adverse nursing events.Methods Eighty on-the-job first-line clinical nurses in Shenzhen People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups with 40 nurses each according to different intervention methods.The control group implemented routine nursing adverse event management,and the observation group implemented nursing adverse event quality management under continu-ous quality improvement management.The average reporting time and average response time of nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups,and the satisfaction of nursing staff in the two groups with the management methods was calculated.Results The average reporting time and the average response time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The satis-faction of nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(χ2=4.804,P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement management has positive signifi-cance to shorten the reporting time of adverse nursing events and improve the satisfaction of nursing department in managing method.
