Influence of Fine Quality Control in Hospital Medical Record Manage-ment on the Quality Pass Rate of Medical Record First Page
Objective To explore the effect of fine quality control in hospital medical record management on the qual-ity pass rate of medical record first page.Methods A total of one hundred and ninety-eight patients were selected from the medical records of patients who visited Siping Central People's Hospital from January to September 2022 and included in the control group(routine quality control).A total of two hundred and two patients from October 2022 to June 2023 were selected to be included in the observation group(fine quality control).All medical records were man-aged by the same group of staff,and the situation of medical records management and the satisfaction of medical re-cord managers in the two groups were observed and compared.Results Comparing the medical records management of the two groups,the quality qualification rate of the first page of medical records in the observation group was higher,and the missing page and missing item rate was lower,the differences were statistical significance(both P<0.05).The terms of satisfaction of medical record managers were higher in the observation group,the differences were statistical significance(all P<0.05).Conclusion In hospital medical records management,fine quality control can improve the quality qualification rate of the first page of medical records,reduce the incidence of missing pages and items in medi-cal records,and improve the satisfaction of medical records managers.
