妇科护理管理中护士分层级管理的开展价值分析

摘要
目的 研究分析护士分层级管理方式进行妇科护理管理的临床应用价值及干预作用.方法 选取南华大学附属第三医院于2021年1月—2022年12月在职的40名妇科护理人员作为研究对象,于2021年1-12月应用传统护理管理形式做护理管理,设为常规组;于2022年1-12月采取护士分层级管理方式做护理管理,设为观察组.两组均为同批护理人员,比较两组的管理效果.结果 观察组护理管理质量各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 应用护士分层级管理方式对妇科护理人员实施护理管理,可切实提高妇科护理管理质量,管控不良事件发生率.
Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the clinical application value and intervention effect of nurses'hierarchi-cal management in gynecological nursing management.Methods A total of 40 gynecological nurses working in the Third Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.From January to December 2021,the traditional nursing management was used and was set as the rou-tine group.From January to December 2022,nursing management was carried out by hierarchical management of nurses and was set as the observation group.The two groups were the same group of nursing staff,and the effects of management were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing management quality scores of the observa-tion group were higher than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rates of adverse events in observation group were lower than those in routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical management of nurses to implement nurs-ing management for gynecological nursing staff can effectively improve the quality of gynecological nursing manage-ment and control the incidence of adverse events.
