The Impact of PDCA Cycle Management on Improving the Nursing Qual-ity of Respiratory Medicine Nurses
Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle management on improving the nursing quality of respira-tory medicine nurses.Methods 15 nurses in the Respiratory Department of Hengyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and routine management was implemented from May 2021 to May 2022,and PDCA cycle management was implemented from June 2022 to May 2023,and the management effects before and after the implementation of PDCA cycle management were compared.Results The op-eration ability scores,nursing quality scores and management method recognition rate of PDCA cycle management nurses were higher than those of conventional management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening PDCA cycle management in the Department of Respiratory Medicine can improve nurses'operational capabilities,further improve the quality of care,and increase nurses'recognition of management methods.
