Analysis and Countermeasures of Public Health Management in the Pre-vention of Infectious Diseases
Objective To explore the role and value of public health management in the prevention of infectious dis-eases.Methods A total of 20 staff members from the Compulsory Testing Center of Yiyuan County,Zibo City,Shan-dong Province from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group to carry out routine management mode.20 staff members working in this center from January to December 2022 were selected as the research group to carry out the public health management model.The two groups performed physical examination on 88 patients during each working period.The results obtained after the implementation of different management modes are ana-lyzed.Results The prevention efficacy and health knowledge of the control group were lower than those of the study group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The ability scores of medical staff in control group(prevention,psychological intervention,emergency treatment,education)were lower than those in study group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of medical staff in the control group was 70.00%,which was lower than 95.00%in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the prevention of infectious diseases,the development of public health management can enhance the management effect,improve the cognition of infectious disease related knowledge,enhance the effectiveness of their own protection and management.
