本文介绍了5W1H分析法的基本概念及其在阅读推广中的重要性.文章通过"谁"(Who)分析确定医院图书馆的主要读者群体和其需求,通过"什么"(What)分析设计推广内容并构建图书馆资源.在"何时"(When)和"何地"(Where)分析中,确定最佳推广时机和场所.最后,通过"为什么"(Why)和"怎么样"(How)分析探讨推广的动机、目标和有效的推广方法,以及如何进行持续改进和评估.该模式旨在提升医院图书馆的阅读推广效果,促进读者阅读兴趣和知识获取,为医院图书馆阅读推广提供理论和实践指导.
Abstract
This article introduced the basic concepts of the 5W1H analysis method and its importance in reading pro-motion.The article determines the main readership groups of hospital libraries and their needs through"Who"analy-sis,and designs promotion content and builds library resources through"What"analysis.Determine the best time and place to promote in the"When"and"Where"analysis.Finally,through"Why"and"How"analysis,we explore the motivations,goals and effective promotion methods of promotion,as well as how to carry out continuous improvement and evaluation.This model aims to improve the reading promotion effect of hospital libraries,promote readers'reading interest and knowledge acquisition,and provide theoretical and practical guidance for reading promotion in hospital li-braries.
