Improvement of Nursing Quality and Work Enthusiasm of Outpatient Nurses by Humanized Management
Objective To explore the effect of humanized management model on the improvement of nursing quality and work enthusiasm of outpatient nurses.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,60 nurses from the depart-ment of outpatient,Yancheng First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University School of Medicine(Yancheng First People's Hospital)were selected as the study objects.Random number table method was used to divided them into two groups with 30 nurses in each group.The control group was under routine management,the observation group was under humanized management.The nursing management satisfaction rate and work enthusiasm were compared be-tween the two groups.Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing management in the observation group was signifi-cantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nurses'work enthusiasm score in the observation group was(94.37±2.85)points which was higher than that in the control group(86.78±4.51)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.792,P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized man-agement model can obviously improve the satisfaction of outpatient nurses and improve the work enthusiasm of nurs-ing staff.
