Influence Analysis of Fine Management on Improving the Dispensing Effi-ciency of Outpatient Pharmacy
Objective To analyze the effect of fine management on improving drug dispensing efficiency in outpatient pharmacy.Methods Ten staff members from the outpatient pharmacy of the Anqiu Skin Disease Prevention and Con-trol Station from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the basic group(routine management plan)and the observation group(fine management plan)based on different manage-ment methods,with five members in each group.The total incidence of drug errors and management effectiveness be-tween two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of drug errors in the observation group was lower than that in the basic group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality score of pharmaceutical services in the observation group was higher than that in the basic group,the single prescription dispensing time was shorter than that in the basic group,and the daily dispensing dose of pharmacy personnel was higher than that in the basic group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of hospital outpatient pharmacy,the effect of introducing fine management is ideal,which can not only effectively reduce the inci-dence of drug errors,but also shorten the time required for unilateral dispensing,increase the daily dispensing amount of pharmacy personnel.
