PDCA循环在静配中心护理管理中的应用效果研究

摘要
目的 分析在静脉配置中心护理管理期间选用PDCA循环管理模式的优势.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月永州市第三人民医院静配中心工作的28名护士作为研究对象,2022年1-12月实施常规护理管理,为对照组;2023年1-12月实施PDCA循环护理管理,为观察组.比较并分析两组护理管理质量和职业认同感.结果 观察组护理管理质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组护士职业认同感中团队意识评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组职业认同感的其余各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 PDCA循环管理模式能在一定程度上提升静配中心护士相关工作质量,且促进护士职业认同感的提升.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the advantages of PDCA cycle management mode during the nursing management of the venous allocation center.Methods 28 nurses who worked at the the Static Mating Center of Yongzhou Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Routine nursing man-agement was implemented from January to December 2022 as the control group,and PDCA cycle nursing management was implemented from January to December 2023,as the observation group.Compared and analyzed the quality of nursing management and professional identity between two groups.Results The nursing management quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in team awareness scores between the two groups of nurses in terms of professional identity(P>0.05),and the other scores of occupational identity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management mode can improve the quality of related work in the nursing center to a certain extent,and promote the improvement of nurses'professional identity.
