Effect of Responsibility Group Management in Improving the Quality of Nursing Care for Urological Nurses
Objective To study the effect of carrying out responsibility group management mode in the nursing man-agement of urology nurses on improving nursing management quality.Methods Nine nurses from the department of urinary surgery of Yongzhou Third People's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the control group,and nine nurses from the department of urinary surgery from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the observation group.The nurses in the control group received routine nursing management,and the nurses in the observation group took responsibility group management mode.The quality of nursing management,nurses'compre-hensive work ability,post responsibility consciousness,risk identification ability,emergency handling ability,nurse-patient communication ability,medical record writing ability,nursing service attitude and nurses'satisfaction with the nursing management were compared and analyzed.Results The nursing management quality,nurses'comprehensive work ability,post responsibility consciousness,risk identification ability,emergency handling ability,nurse-patient communication ability,medical record writing ability and nursing service attitude of the observation group were signifi-cantly better than those in the control group.The satisfaction scores of nursing management was higher than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out the responsibil-ity group management mode in the management of urological nurses can further improve the quality of nursing manage-ment and nurses'comprehensive ability,so as to improve the nursing service quality of nurses.
