目的 分析远程影像与图像存档与通信系统(Pictures Archiving and Communication Systems,PACS)在放射科数字化管理中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年1-12月京山市人民医院放射科工作的45名工作人员,纳入常规组,接受常规管理;选取2022年1-12月京山市人民医院放射科工作的45名工作人员,纳入探究组,接受以远程影像与PACS系统为基础的放射科数字化管理.比较两组工作人员的工作流程时间以及工作质量评分.结果 探究组登记核验、图像申请单匹配、书写审核报告、报告送达时间等工作流程时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).探究组操作熟练性、报告准确性、工作效率、信息完整性等工作质量评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 远程影像与PACS系统在放射科数字化管理中的应用能够显著优化工作流程,提高工作效率和工作质量,对于提升放射科服务质量和患者安全性具有积极意义.
Application Effect of Remote Imaging and PACS System in Digital Man-agement of Radiology Department
Objective To analyze the application effect of remote imaging and Pictures Archiving and Communication Systems(PACS)in digital management of radiology department.Methods Forty-five staff members working in the De-partment of Radiology,Jingshan People's Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected to be included in the routine group and receive routine management.Forty-five staff members working in the Department of Radiology,Jing-shan People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected to be included in the inquiry group and receive the digital management of radiology department based on remote imaging and PACS system.Workflow time and job quality ratings were compared between the two groups of staff.Results The working process time of the inquiry group,such as registration verification,image application form matching,writing audit report and report delivery time,were shorter than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of op-eration proficiency,report accuracy,work efficiency and information integrity in the inquiry group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of remote imaging and PACS system in the digital management of radiology department can significantly optimize work flow,improve work efficiency and work quality,and has positive significance for improving the service quality and pa-tient safety of radiology department.
