摘要
目的 分析智慧化预防接种门诊管理系统在免疫规划工作中的应用价值.方法 选取2021年1月—2022年12月沂源县疾病预防控制中心的20名管理人员作为研究对象,2021年1-12月采取常规管理,为对照组;2022年1-12月实施智慧化管理系统,为研究组.比较两组不同管理措施下的门诊管理质量评分、门诊接种流程各阶段的耗时、满意程度.结果 研究组门诊管理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组门诊接种流程各阶段的耗时少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对该管理模式的总满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在免疫规划工作中,对管理人员采用智慧化预防接种门诊管理能够提高管理质量和接种效率,降低预防接种耗时.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of intelligent vaccination outpatient management system in im-munization planning.Methods A total of 20 managers from Yiyuan County Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Among them,routine management was ad-opted from January to December 2021 and was recorded as the control group.From January to December 2022,intelli-gent management system will be implemented and recorded as research group.The quality scores of outpatient man-agement,the time consuming and satisfaction of each stage of outpatient vaccination process were compared under dif-ferent management measures.Results The score of outpatient management quality in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of each stage of outpatient vaccination process in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%,higher than that of the control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the immunization program,intelligent vaccina-tion outpatient management for managers can improve the quality of management and vaccination efficiency,and re-duce the time consuming of vaccination.
