摘要
为提高我国医疗机构的伦理审查水平,保证医疗机构的审核工作的有效性和质量,需要建立一套专业化和标准化的医疗机构管理流程.本文主要研讨分析伦理审查信息系统在医疗机构管理中的应用,以某三甲医院为例,研究其伦理审查信息系统建设,分析该系统在办公室管理、项目审查、分类管理、继续教育及档案管理中的应用价值.在项目审查中,通过搭建全方位沟通平台,可实现审查质量的改善,实现审查效率的提升.
Abstract
In order to improve the ethical review level of medical institutions in my country and ensure the effective-ness and quality of the review work of medical institutions,it is necessary to establish a set of professional and stan-dardized management process of medical institutions.This article mainly discusses and analyzes the application of eth-ics review information system in the management of medical institutions.It uses the example of a tertiary hospital to study the construction of its ethics review information system,analyze the application value of the ethics review infor-mation system in office management,project review,classification management,continuing education and file manage-ment.In the project review,by building a comprehensive communication platform,the review quality can be improved and the review efficiency can be improved.
