公共卫生信息管理系统在医院卫生管理中的应用成效分析

摘要
目的 探讨公共卫生信息管理系统在医院卫生管理中的应用成效.方法 回顾性选取2022年1月—2023年12月济南市人民医院卫生管理的资料,其中2022年1-12月为公共卫生信息管理系统实施前阶段,应用院内信息管理系统,2023年1-12月为公共卫生信息管理系统实施后阶段.各抽取500条报告,比较不同阶段公共卫生管理效率.结果 公共卫生信息管理系统实施后发热门诊、肠道门诊与传染病报告率高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);公共卫生信息管理系统实施后漏报、迟报与错报率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);公共卫生信息管理系统实施后医护人员满意度(100.00%)高于实施前(82.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=28.476,P<0.05).结论 公共卫生信息管理系统在医院卫生管理中的应用成效高,可有效提升医院公共卫生管理水平,降低相关公共卫生事件的漏报、迟报与错报率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effectiveness of public health information management system in hos-pital health management.Methods Data of health management of Jinan People's Hospital from January 2022 to De-cember 2023 were retrospectively selected.Among them,the period from January 2022 to December 2022 was the pre-implementation stage of the public health information management system,and the period from January 2023 to December 2023 was the post-implementation stage of the public health information management system.500 reports were selected to compare the efficiency of public health management at different stages.Results After the implementa-tion of the public health information management system,the reporting rates of fever clinic,intestinal clinic and infec-tious diseases were higher than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After the implementation of the public health information management system,the rates of missed reporting,late reporting and misreporting were lower than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical staff after the implementation of public health information manage-ment system(100.00%)was higher than that before the implementation(82.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=28.476,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of public health information management system in hos-pital health management is highly effective,which can effectively improve the level of hospital public health manage-ment and reduce the rate of omission,late reporting and false reporting of relevant public health events.
