摘要
文章针对疾控档案规范化数字化管理的必要性、现状与有效途径加以分析.分析结果表明,数字化管理可深度挖掘疾控档案资源应用价值,降低工作难度,提高工作效率,为疾控档案跨部门、跨区域一体化管理提供有利条件.为凸显数字化管理优势,专职部门需加强顶层设计,注重刚性约束,重视技术赋能,完善管理体系,继而提升疾控档案管理水平.
Abstract
This article analyzes the necessity,current situation and effective ways of standardized digital management of disease control files.Analysis results show that digital management can deeply explore the application value of dis-ease control archives resources,reduce work difficulty,improve work efficiency,and provide strong conditions for the integrated management of disease control archives across departments and regions.In order to highlight the advan-tages of digital management,full-time departments need to strengthen top-level design,focus on rigid constraints,fo-cus on technological empowerment,improve the management system,and then improve the level of disease control file management.
