Effect of PBL Teaching Mode in Medical Teaching Reform
Objective To evaluate the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching mode in medical teaching re-form,in order to explore its influence on students'knowledge mastery,problem-solving ability and comprehensive lit-eracy.Methods A total of 90 students attended in the Zunyi Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.Students from January to December 2022 were included in the control group(n=45,traditional teaching),and students from January to December 2023 were included in the study group(n=45,PBL teaching mode).The degree of knowledge mastery,problem solving ability,comprehensive quality and satisfaction of learning experience were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of knowledge mastery,problem solv-ing ability,comprehensive literacy and learning experience satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching mode has obvious advantages in medical teaching,which can improve students'knowledge mastery level,problem solving ability and comprehensive accomplishment.The teaching mode focuses on cultivating students'autonomous learning and critical thinking ability,promoting the development of students'teamwork and communication ability.Therefore,it is an effective way to widely apply PBL teaching mode in medical teaching reform.
