Discussion on the Role of One-to-one Standardized Teaching Method in Practical Teaching in the Laboratory Department
Objective To explore the role of one-to-one standardized teaching method in practical teaching in labora-tory departments.Methods From June 2021 to June 2023,40 interns in the laboratory of Chentuan Town Health Cen-ter in Donggang District of Rizhao City were selected as the study objects and divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 20 interns in each group.They were taught by one-to-one standardized teaching method and traditional teaching method respectively.The two groups were compared in terms of assessment results,recognition of teaching content and overall performance rating.Results The theoretical and techni-cal performance scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Compared with the control group,interns in the observation group had higher teaching satisfaction and overall performance score,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion One-to-one standardized teaching method can significantly improve teaching effects and improve stu-dents'overall performance.
