翻转课堂+案例教学法对中医内科学临床带教质量的提升评价

目的 评价翻转课堂+案例教学法(Case Based Learning,CBL)对中医内科学临床带教质量的提升效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年10月日照市岚山区巨峰中心卫生院接收的100名中医实习生为研究对象,根据抽签法随机分为对照组(传统教学法)和干预组(CBL+翻转课堂教学法),各50名.比较两组的考核成绩、教学成果与教学满意率.结果 干预组各项考核成绩优于对照组,各项教学成果评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).干预组的教学总满意率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在翻转课堂教学基础上联合CBL带教中医内科学实习生能提升教学效果,能提高实习生成绩,培养其学习能力与临床思维能力,获得更高的满意率.
Flipped Classroom+Case Based Learning to Improve the Quality of Clini-cal Teaching in TCM Internal Medicine
Objective To evaluate the effect of flipped classroom+case based learning(CBL)on improving the qual-ity of clinical teaching in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)internal medicine.Methods A total of 100 TCM interns from Rizhao Lanshan District Jufeng Central Health Center from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group(traditional teaching method)and intervention group(CBL+flipped classroom teaching method)according to the lottery method,with 50 interns in each group.The assess-ment results,teaching achievement and teaching satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The as-sessment scores of the intervention group were better than that of the control group,the scores of teaching achieve-ments were higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total teaching satisfaction rate of the intervention group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of flipped classroom teaching,CBL can improve the teaching effect of TCM internal medicine interns,improve their grades,cultivate their learning ability and clinical thinking ability,and obtain a higher satisfaction rate.
