Exploration of the Whole Process Teaching Model of Outpatient and Ward in the Standardized Training of Resident Physicians in the Department of Gastroenterology
Objective To explore the teaching effect and subjective evaluation of the whole process teaching mode of outpatient and ward in the standardized training of resident physicians in gastroenterology department.Methods A to-tal of 100 resident physicians who underwent standardized training trainees in the Department of Gastroenterology at Henan Provincial People's Hospital from April to September 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the study group and the control group using random number table method,with 50 students in each group.The study group received whole process of outpatient and ward teaching,while the control group received traditional standardized training mode.The results of the two groups'theory and skill assessment,and the teaching satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The theoretical assessment score,and skills scores for auxiliary examina-tions and clinical thinking of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).The evaluation of work intensity,teacher guidance,teaching activities,knowledge accu-mulation,and total satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process of outpatient and ward teaching has better teach-ing effect and student satisfaction in the standardized training of resident physicians in gastroenterology department.
