Analysis on the Application Value of Hierarchical Teaching in Teaching In-terns in the Department of Blood Transfusion
Objective To analyze the application value of hierarchical teaching in teaching interns in the transfusion department.Methods 40 interns from Department of Blood Transfusion of Linyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospi-tal from July 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups by drawing lots method,with 20 students each group.The discussion group used hierarchical teaching,while the general group used conventional teaching.The satisfaction,teaching compliance,and comprehensive scores of the two groups of teaching methods were compared.Results The satisfaction with the teaching methods of the discussion group was higher than that of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching compli-ance of the discussion group was higher than that of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive score of the discussion group was higher than that of the general group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of layered teaching in intern teaching can im-prove teaching compliance and improve students'comprehensive scores.
