Application Experience of Ultrasonic Diagnosis in Undergraduate Clinical Medicine Based on the Combination of Various Teaching Methods and Modes
Objective To explore the application effect of various teaching methods combined with the model in the undergraduate clinical medical ultrasound diagnosis major.Methods A total of 96 undergraduate interns majoring in clinical ultrasound diagnosis in the Department of Cardiac Ultrasound in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medi-cal University from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(n=48)and study group(n=48)by random number table method.The control group used the traditional teaching mode,and the study group used the teaching mode based on the combination of various teaching methods.The results,teach-ing effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of expression ability,learning efficiency,teaching atmosphere,learning in-terest,thinking ability and total score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total teaching satisfaction of the study group(97.92%)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under-graduate students majoring in ultrasonic diagnosis of clinical medicine adopt a combination model based on various teaching methods to improve their grades and teaching effects,and enhance their teaching satisfaction.
