Application Effect of Self-management and Joint Intervention Manage-ment in Hospital Medical Equipment Management
Objective To explore the application effect of self-management and intervention management in hospital medical equipment management.Methods A total of 40 equipment managers from Beijing Fengtai Hospital of Inte-grated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January to December 2023 and 400 medical equipment requir-ing maintenance were selected to as the study objects participate in the study.According to the time as the node,the control group with twenty staff from January to June 2023 implemented the department independent management,the study group with twenty staff from July to December 2023 implemented special hospital equipment management on the basis of the control group.Each selected one hundred sets of medical equipment to be repaired.The maintenance time,re-failure occurrence and maintenance success rate of hospital equipment in different management modes were analyzed.Results The maintenance time of equipment management personnel in study group was shorter than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence of failure of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The maintenance success rate of the study group(92.00%)was higher than that of the control group(79.00%),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=6.815,P<0.05).Conclusion The independent management of joint departments and the special management mode of hospital equipment have remarkable effects in medical equipment management,which can effec-tively reduce the occurrence of equipment re-failure,improve the success rate of equipment maintenance and shorten the time of equipment maintenance.
