随着一院多区的出现,对医院组织结构和沟通机制提出了更高要求.本文结合临沂市人民医院多院区管理实践,对多院区医院行政组织构架和沟通机制进行探讨.直线职能制与事业部制两种组织结构的融合带来了新的管理优势,实现了1+1>2的效果,既保证了垂直管理和同质化管理,又达到了管理重心下移、管理效能提升的效果.为进一步提高多院区管理的效能,要进一步厘清多院区管理的职责权限,完善制度流程,加强横向沟通,提升信息扁平化水平和透明度,积极探索引入项目管理模式.
Discussion on the Organizational Structure and Communication Mecha-nism of Multi-campus Public Hospitals
With the emergence of multiple districts in one hospital,higher requirements have been placed on hospital organizational structure and communication mechanisms.This article combines the multi-campus management prac-tice of Linyi People's Hospital to discuss the administrative organizational structure and communication mechanism of multi-campus hospitals.The integration of the two organizational structures of the linear functional system and the di-visional system has brought new management advantages and achieved the effect of 1+1>2.It not only ensures vertical management and homogeneous management,but also achieves the effect of shifting the focus of management down-ward and improving management efficiency.In order to further improve the efficiency of multi-hospital management,it is necessary to further clarify the responsibilities and authorities of multi-hospital management,improve institu-tional processes,strengthen horizontal communication,improve the level of information flattening and transparency,and actively explore the introduction of project management models.
