Key Points and Measures for Quality Control in the Whole Process of Hos-pital Infrastructure Projects
This article starts from the characteristics of hospital infrastructure projects and explains the problems in the whole-process quality control of hospital infrastructure projects in stages.It is pointed out that there are many typi-cal quality control problems in the current hospital infrastructure projects in the four stages of design,bidding,con-struction and warranty,which will have an impact on the final quality of the hospital infrastructure projects.Finally,this article puts forward the key points and measures for the whole-process quality control of hospital infrastructure projects in response to the above problems,including strengthening comprehensive consideration and analysis during the design stage,following the principles of fairness,openness and fairness during the bidding stage,strictly managing the construction site during the construction stage,and standardizing the implementation of warranty measures during the warranty stage.The above measures are aimed at promoting the smooth development of hospital infrastructure proj-ects,comprehensively improving the quality of hospital infrastructure projects,and accumulating experience for future hospital infrastructure project management.
