放射肿瘤专业住院医师规范化培训中病理学教学初探

摘要
针对目前放射肿瘤专业规范化培训医师在病理科规范化培训教学中存在的不足,以及规培医师病理知识相对匮乏的现状,积极探索新的教学方式,依据《住院医师规范化培训内容与标准》,选取肿瘤进行重点教学,把病理诊断思维运用到教学中,包含病理标本取材,授课,阅片代教、课后作业、病例讨论等各个环节,让规培医师从病理学角度理解疾病,对于改善放射肿瘤专业规范化培训的病理学教学质量有着积极的意义.
Abstract
In view of the current deficiencies in the standardized training and teaching of radiation oncology physi-cians in the pathology department,as well as the relative lack of pathological knowledge among the trained physicians,new teaching methods have been actively explored.According to the"Standardized Training Content and Standards for Resident Physicians",tumors are selected for key teaching,and pathological diagnostic thinking is applied to teach-ing.It includes various aspects such as pathological specimen collection,teaching,film reading,after-school home-work,case discussion,etc.,allowing the training doctors to understand the disease from a pathological perspective,which has a positive significance for improving the quality of pathology teaching in the standardized training of radia-tion oncology.
