公立医院监督贯通协同路径的实践探讨

摘要
伴随着国内对于公立医院的严格管理措施不断深入,公立医院的监察工作也面临着越来越多的问题.本文以现阶段公立医院监督贯通协同中出现的问题为基础,提出了公立医院监督贯通协同路径的实施策略:建立长效监督贯通协同机制以落实监督职责、强化监督管理效能从而整合管理资源、会议沟通重要问题以及建立共享机制,共享监督成果等,以期为行业人员提供参考.
Abstract
With the continuous deepening of strict management measures for public hospitals in China,the supervi-sion work of public hospitals is also facing more and more problems.Based on the problems that have arisen in the su-pervision and coordination of public hospitals at the current stage,this article proposes an implementation strategy for the supervision and coordination path of public hospitals:establish a long-term supervision coordination mechanism to implement supervision responsibilities,strengthen supervision and management efficiency and integration to inte-grate management resources,communicate important issues at meetings,and establish a sharing mechanism to share supervision results,etc.,with a view to providing reference for industry personnel.
