摘要

目的 探讨迷你临床演练评估(Mini-clinical Evaluation Exercise,Mini-CEX)与案例教学法(Case-based Learning,CBL)相结合应用于妇产科临床实践教学中的可行性和有效性,为临床教学质量的提高以及教学效果的评估创造条件.方法 选取2022年7月—2023年7月在新疆医科大学第二附属医院妇产科实习的115名医学生为研究对象,经随机数表法分观察组(n=58)和对照组(n=57).观察组行Mini-CEX结合CBL教学,对照组行传统讲授式教学,对比两组医学生出科时的Mini-CEX量表分数和教学满意度.结果 观察组Mini-CEX量表各指标评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组对教学方法的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 Mini-CEX结合CBL教学法对于临床实践教学效果与质量的提升具有积极的促进作用.

Abstract

Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of combining mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)with case-based learning(CBL)in clinical practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology,to create condi-tions for the improvement of clinical teaching quality and the evaluation of teaching effects.Methods A total of 115 medical students interning in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinji-ang Medical University from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as study objects,and were divided into the observa-tion group(n=58)and the control group(n=57)by the random number table method.Students in the observation group received Mini-CEX combined with CBL teaching.The students in the control group received traditional lecture-style teaching.The Mini-CEX amount and satisfactionin in the two groups when students left the hospital was compared.Results The main index scores of Mini-CEX in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the teaching methods in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mini-CEX combined with CBL teaching method has a positive role in improving the effectiveness and quality of clinical practice teaching.
