Analysis on the Value of Implementing Continuous Quality Improvement Programs in Quality Management of Laboratory Departments
Objective To observe the implementation effect of continuous quality improvement program in quality management of laboratory department.Methods A total of 21 medical stall of Heze City Third People's Hospital were selected as the study object,the implementation of routine quality management in the laboratory from January to De-cember 2022 was set as the control group,the implementation of continuous quality improvement program from Janu-ary to December 2023 was set as the study group,and the test quality scores and assessment scores of the two groups were compared.Results The test quality scores and assessment scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the con-tinuous quality improvement program in quality management of laboratory departments can improve the quality of ex-aminations and the assessment scores of medical staff.
