Analysis on the Implementation Effect of Public Health Management in Hospitals under the PDCA Model
Objective To study the implementation effect of PDCA model in basic public health management in hospi-tals.Methods Twenty-two medical staff of Shouguang People's Hospital were selected as the study object from Janu-ary 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study object,and the basic public health management of the hospital adopted the conventional mode from January to December 2022 as the control group,while the PDCA mode was ad-opted from January to December 2023 as the observation group.The two groups'work ability,management quality,management effect,and total management satisfaction were compared.Results All scores of work ability,management quality and management effect in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of management of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.247,P<0.05).Conclusion By carrying out public health management in hospitals under the PDCA model can improve the working ability of medical staff,and plays an important role in enhancing management satisfaction.
