无缝隙护理管理对消化内科护理人员工作积极性及护理质量的影响

摘要
目的 探究无缝隙护理管理在消化内科护理人员中的应用价值.方法 选取衡阳市中医医院消化内科于2023年5-12月任职的13名护士为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为管理前和管理后.2023年5月—8月为管理前,实行常规护理管理;2023年9-12月为管理后,实行无缝隙护理管理.管理前后,对比两组护理质量评估表、自我概念量表(Tennessee Self-concept Scale,TSCS)评分,并对比工作绩效.结果 管理后,护士各项护理质量评估表得分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);护士各项TSCS得分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);护士各项工作绩效得分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 无缝隙护理管理在消化内科具有较高应用价值,可提高护士自我概念与工作绩效,从而提高护理质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of seamless nursing management among gastroenterology nurs-ing staff.Methods 13 nurses who worked in the Department of Gastroenterology of Hengyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the different manage-ment method,the time was divided into pre-management and after management.The pre-management period was from May to August 2023,and implemented routine nursing.The post-management period was from September to De-cember 2023,and implemented seamless nursing management.Before and after management,the scores of the two groups on the nursing quality evaluation form and the Tennessee Self-concept Scale(TSCS)were compared,and their work performance was compared.Results After management,the scores of nurses on various nursing quality evalua-tion forms were higher than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).After the management,the nurses'TSCS scores were higher than before the management,and the differencs were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After the management,the nurses'work performance scores were higher than before the man-agement,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless nursing management has high application value in the Department of Gastroenterology,which can improve nurses'self-concept and work per-formance,thereby improving the quality of nursing care.
