摘要
目的 于消毒供应中心应用PDCA循环模式进行护理管理,观察其应用价值.方法 纳入2022年1-12月湖北通城县人民医院消毒供应中心的12名工作人员,设为对照组,实施常规护理管理消毒供应中心,纳入2023年1-12月该消毒供应中心的11名工作人员,其设为观察组,开展PDCA循环管理模式.对比两组消毒工作质量、两组工作人员各项操作的依从性、两组工作人员的意识评分、两组工作人员对护理管理模式的满意度.结果 两组均抽检100个器械包,结果显示,观察组清洗、包装、灭菌质量比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组操作依从性比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组意识评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对消毒供应中心应用PDCA循环模式,可明显提升消毒工作质量,增强依从性和意识评分,提高工作人员满意度.
Abstract
Objective To apply the PDCA cycle model for nursing management in the disinfection supply center and observe its application value.Methods 12 staff members of the Disinfection Supply Center of Hubei Tongcheng County People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were included and set as a control group,and routine nurs-ing management of the Disinfection Supply Center was implemented.Incorporate 11 staff members from the disinfec-tion supply center from January to December 2023,set them up as an observation group,and carry out the PDCA cycle management model.Compare the quality of disinfection work between the two groups,the compliance of each op-eration of the two groups of staff,the awareness scores of the two groups of staff,and the satisfaction of the two groups of staff with the nursing management model.Results 100 instrument packages were sampled in both groups.The re-sults showed that the cleaning,packaging,sterilization quality of the observation group was higher than that of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operational compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the conscious-ness score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The observation group was more satisfied than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the disinfection supply center,applying the PDCA cycle model for nursing man-agement can significantly improve the quality of disinfection work,enhance compliance and awareness scores,and staff satisfaction.
