Analysis on the Effectiveness of Comprehensive Management Practices in Disease Control and Response to Public Health Emergencies
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive management practice strategies in public health emergencies in disease control departments.Methods 45 staff members working at the Juye County Center for Disease Control and Prevention from January 2022 to December 2023 were included as research subjects.The center for disease control public health emergency management will implement traditional management practice strategies from January to December 2022(regular group),and implement comprehensive management practice strategies from January to December 2023(observation group).Compare the application effects of different management practice strategies.Results Comparing the working status scores between groups,the observation group was better,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Comparison of management satisfaction between groups,the obser-vation group(95.56%)was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.050,P<0.05).Comparison of professional identity scores between groups,the observation group was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Comparing the work quality scores,the observation group was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive management practice strategies in public health emergencies of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has significant effects,which can improve the working status of staff and lead to higher management satisfaction,professional identity and work quality.
