Deepening Application and Effectiveness Evaluation of Early Warning Sys-tems in Psychiatric Nursing Management in Clinical Practice
Objective Exploring the deepening application and effectiveness of early warning systems in psychiatric nursing management.Methods 60 nurses of Macheng Mental Hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected,and divided into a control group(regular management,30 people)and a research group(deepening management of early warning systems,30 members)by random number table method.The occupational burnout,communication skills,and risk events of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with before management,the each dimen-sion scores and total scores of Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI)in the two groups decreased after management,and compared with the control group,the study group were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with before management,the the each dimension scores and total scores of the Clinical Communica-tion Ability Scale for Nurses after management in both groups increased,and compared with the control group,the study group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the risk event in-cidence rate of 26.67%in the control group,the 6.67%in the study group was lower,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Deepening the application of early warning systems in psychiatric nursing man-agement can alleviate nurses'occupational burnout,improve their communication skills,and reduce the risk of risk events.
