基于Mimics软件数据库与CBL-课堂翻转教学模式对提高骨科教学效果的价值评价

目的 评价和分析基于Mimics软件数据库及基于案例教学法(Case-based Learning,CBL)-课堂翻转教学模式对提升骨科教学效果所发挥的作用.方法 选取2023年2-11月在东莞市滨海湾中心医院骨科轮转的80名临床学生作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组与改革组,对照组(n=40)的骨科学生应用传统教学模式,改革组(n=40)的骨科学生应用基于Mimics软件数据库及CBL-课堂翻转教学模式,比较两组学生理论知识考核成绩、操作考核成绩、教学效果及教学满意度.结果 改革组理论知识成绩以及操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).改革组教学效果、学生总满意度评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 应用基于Mimics软件数据库及CBL-课堂翻转教学模式可显著提升教学效果,还能够提高学生的教学评价及教学满意度,有助于优化师生关系,进一步提高教学效率和教学质量.
Value Evaluation of Improving Orthopedic Teaching Effectiveness Based on Mimics Software Database and Cbl Classroom Flipped Teaching Mode
Objective To evaluate and analyze the role of Mimics software database and case-based learning(CBL)-classroom flip teaching mode in improving the teaching effect of orthopedics.Methods From February to November 2023,a total of 80 clinical students who rotated in the Department of Orthopaedics of Binhaiwan Central Hospital in Dongguan were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the reform group by ran-dom number table method.The control group(n=40)of orthopedic students applied the traditional teaching mode,and the reform group(n=40)of orthopedic students applied the teaching mode based on the Mimics software database and the CBL-classroom flipping teaching mode.The theoretical knowledge assessment results,operation assessment re-sults,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and operation assessment in the reform group were higher than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The teaching effect and student total satisfaction evaluation of the re-form group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Mimics software database and CBL classroom flipped teaching mode can significantly improve teaching effectiveness,as well as enhance student teaching evaluation and satisfaction,which helps optimize teacher-student relationships,further improve teaching efficiency and quality.
