Value Evaluation of Improving Orthopedic Teaching Effectiveness Based on Mimics Software Database and Cbl Classroom Flipped Teaching Mode
Objective To evaluate and analyze the role of Mimics software database and case-based learning(CBL)-classroom flip teaching mode in improving the teaching effect of orthopedics.Methods From February to November 2023,a total of 80 clinical students who rotated in the Department of Orthopaedics of Binhaiwan Central Hospital in Dongguan were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the reform group by ran-dom number table method.The control group(n=40)of orthopedic students applied the traditional teaching mode,and the reform group(n=40)of orthopedic students applied the teaching mode based on the Mimics software database and the CBL-classroom flipping teaching mode.The theoretical knowledge assessment results,operation assessment re-sults,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and operation assessment in the reform group were higher than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The teaching effect and student total satisfaction evaluation of the re-form group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Mimics software database and CBL classroom flipped teaching mode can significantly improve teaching effectiveness,as well as enhance student teaching evaluation and satisfaction,which helps optimize teacher-student relationships,further improve teaching efficiency and quality.
