在当前阶段,我国基层医院在公共卫生管理领域能力展示上尚时有欠缺.为此,亟需采纳一系列切实可行的举措,确保公共卫生的治理效能得到全面贯彻与执行.增强基层医院在公共卫生领域的管理功能,乃是促进这些医疗机构迅速发展与进步的关键所在.本文深入分析了基层医院在公共卫生管理功能履行的现况,并提出一整套策略建议,旨在为相关人员工作提供参考.
Abstract
At the current stage,our country's grassroots hospitals are still deficient in demonstrating their capabilities in the field of public health management.To this end,it is urgent to adopt a series of practical measures to ensure that public health governance effectiveness is fully implemented and implemented.Strengthening the management func-tions of grassroots hospitals in the field of public health is the key to promoting the rapid development and progress of these medical institutions.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the specific performance of public health man-agement functions in grassroots hospitals and puts forward a set of strategic recommendations,aiming to provide a ref-erence for relevant personnel.
