摘要
目的 探究中药饮片调剂在中药合理用药中的价值.方法 选择2022年7月—2023年6月平度市白沙河街道办事处麻兰卫生院的10名药师为研究对象,抽取200张中药饮片处方进行研究.2022年7-12月开出的100张中药饮片处方未实施中药饮片调剂,进行常规管理为对照组;2023年1-6月开出的100张中药饮片处方实施中药饮片调剂为观察组.对比两组不规范处方发生率、处方质量评分、管理满意度.结果 观察组不规范处方发生率小于对照组,处方质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组管理满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 中药饮片调剂可减少不规范处方,提高中药饮片处方质量,让药师对管理满意.
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of dispensing traditional Chinese medicine pieces in the rational use of tra-ditional Chinese medicine.Methods From July 2022 to June 2023,10 pharmacists from Malan Health Center of Baishahe Subdistrict Office in Pingdu City were selected as the study subjects,and 200 prescriptions of traditional chinses medicine(TCM)decoction pieces were collected for the study.100 TCM decoction pieces prescriptions issued from July to December 2022 were not implement with TCM tablets dispensing,and were subjects to routine manage-ment was the control group;100 TCM decoction pieces prescriptions issued from January to June 2023 were imple-ment with TCM tablets dispensing as the observation group.The incidence of irregular prescriptions,prescription qual-ity score and management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of irregular pre-scriptions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of prescription quality was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no signifi-cant difference in management satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dispensing traditional Chi-nese medicine pieces can reduce irregular prescriptions,improve the quality of Chinese medicine prescriptions,make pharmacists satisfied with the management.
