Application Value of Continuous Quality Improvement in Hospital Health Management
Objective To analyze the value of continuous quality improvement in hospital health management.Methods A total of 50 medical staff working in Beijing Shangdi Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the dice method,they were divided into the traditional group and the improved group,with 25 medical staff in each group.The traditional group received traditional health manage-ment,and the improved group received continuous quality improvement.The management skills,management quality,incidence of adverse health events and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results Before management,there were no statistically significant differences in the theoretical knowledge and practical skills assessment results of two group(both P>0.05).After management,the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the two groups were higher than those before management,and the improved group was higher than the traditional group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The management quality and total satisfaction rate of the im-proved group were better those that of the traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse health events in the improved group was 4.00%,which was lower than 24.00%in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improve-ment can comprehensively enhance the skills of medical personnel,maintain high management quality,effectively re-duce adverse health events,and have a high satisfaction rate.
