The Effect of Rational Drug Classification Management on Improving the Management Level of Western Medicine Pharmacies in Hospitals
Objective To explore the effect of rational drug classification management on improving the management level of Western medicine pharmacies in hospitals.Methods Routine management was conducted in western medicine pharmacies of Lingcheng District People's Hospital of Dezhou City from February 2020 to January 2021,as the con-trol group.Reasonable classification management of drugs was conducted from February 2021 to March 2022,as the observation group.The management situation of 15 staff members was studied.Compared the management level of western medicine pharmacies such as staff performance excellent rate,medication problem,and medication manage-ment evaluation.Results The excellent rate of staff in the observation group was 100.00%,higher than that in the con-trol group 73.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the ob-servation group had higher scores in quality inspection,environmental management,quantity inventory,drug classifi-cation,work efficiency,service attitude,document writing,and emergency response evaluation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence rate of medication problems in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rational drug classification management can improve the management level of western medicine pharmacies.After interven-tion,there are fewer medication problems and higher management evaluation.
