摘要
目的 分析外科科室实施常规管理与精细化管理的成效.方法 选取2021年1月—2023年2月滕州市洪绪镇卫生院25名外科工作人员为研究对象,2021年1月—2022年1月实施常规管理作为对照组,2022年2月—2023年2月实施精细化管理作为观察组.对比两组外科风险事件、投诉事件、差错事件发生情况以及管理满意度评分(工作制度、工作态度、工作细节、工作效率).结果 研究期间,对照组发生风险事件6起,投诉事件5起,差错事件6起;观察组发生风险事件1起,差错事件1起.观察组工作制度、工作态度、工作细节、工作效率评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 精细化管理路径实施于外科科室管理,可减少风险差错及投诉事件发生情况,提升科室管理质量.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of routine management and refined management in surgical depart-ments.Methods From January 2021 to February 2023,25 surgical staff in Tengzhou City Hongxu Town Health Center were selected as the research objects.From January 2021 to January 2022,routine management was implemented as the control group,and from February 2022 to February 2023,refined management was implemented as the observation group.The incidence of risk event,complaint event,error event rate and management satisfaction score(work system,work attitude,work details,work efficiency)were compared between the two groups.Results During the study period,there were 6 risk events,5 complaints events and 6 error events in the control group;1 risk event and 1 error event in the observation group.The scores of work system,work attitude,work details and work efficiency in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Con-clusion The implementation of refined management paths in surgical department management can reduce the inci-dence of risk feel,errors and complaint event,and improve the quality of department management.
