层级管理模式在心内科护理管理中的应用效果研究

摘要
目的 分析层级管理模式在心内科护理管理中的应用效果.方法 选取2021年2月—2022年9月麻城市人民医院的40名心内科护理人员为研究对象,依据护理管理方式不同分为研究组(层级管理模式)与对照组(常规护理),各20名,比较两组护理质量评分、满意度、工作能力评分.结果 研究组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组护理人员对管理方式的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组工作能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 层级管理模式的实施能够有效提高护理质量评分,提高护理人员对管理方式的满意度,提升其工作能力.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of hierarchical management model in cardiology nursing man-agement.Methods 40 nursing staff in the Department of Cardiology of Macheng People's Hospital from February 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to different nursing management methods,they were divided into study group(hierarchical management mode)and control group(routine nursing),with 20 in each group.The nursing quality scores,satisfaction scores and work ability scores of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing quality score of the study group was higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of nursing staff in the study group was higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work ability scores of the study group was higher those that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the hierarchical management model can effectively improve the nursing quality score,improve the nursing staff's satisfaction with the management method,and improve their working ability.
