Exploration and Discussion on the Impact of Nursing Risk Management on the Working Ability of Respiratory Medicine Nurses
Objective To analyze the impact of nursing risk management on working ability of respiratory medicine nursing staff.Methods 15 nursing staff working in the respiratory department of Guangzhou Twelfth People's Hospital and Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Traditional management mode was implemented from January to June 2023(control group),and nurs-ing risk management was implemented from July to December 2023(observation group).The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,skill operation,work enthusiasm,work attitude,risk pre-vention ability,adaptability,dialogue and communication ability and nursing management ability of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementa-tion of nursing risk management among respiratory medicine nursing staff can enrich the medical knowledge reserve of nursing staff and enhance their working ability.
