摘要
目的 探究在社区卫生服务中心公共卫生管理中应用PDCA循环管理法的实际效果.方法 选取2021年1月—2022年12月周村区青年路街道社区卫生服务中心47名在职工作人员为研究对象,根据时间不同记为管理前(2021年1-12月)和管理后(2022年1-12月),管理前执行常规管理模式,管理后执行PDCA管理模式,对比管理前后工作人员公共卫生管理能力、职业获益感以及职业使命感.结果 管理后,工作人员公共卫生管理能力评分、职业获益感评分、职业使命感评分均显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在社区卫生服务中心公共卫生管理中应用PDCA管理模式,可显著改善工作人员公共卫生管理能力、职业获益感和职业使命感.
Abstract
Objective To explore the actual effect of the PDCA cycle management method used in public health by the Community Health Service Center.Methods 47 working staff at the Community Health Service Center of Qingnian Road Street,Zhoucun District from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different times,it is recorded as before management(from January to December 2021)and after management(from January to December 2022).The conventional management mode is executed before management,and the PDCA man-agement mode is executed after management.Compare the staff's public health management capabilities,sense of pro-fessional benefit,and sense of professional mission before and after management.Results The public health manage-ment ability scores,career benefit score and professional mission score of staff after management were significantly higher than before management,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA management model in public health management of the centers for disease Community Health Service Center can significantly improve staff's public health management capabilities,sense of professional benefit and sense of pro-fessional mission.
