药房药品管理中持续质量改进的运用效果评价

目的 分析药房药品管理中持续质量改进的运用效果.方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月济宁市第一人民医院药房的12名工作人员为研究对象.根据管理模式的不同分组,其中2022年1-12月实施常规药房管理,为参照组;2023年1-12月实施持续质量改进模式管理,为研究组.两组均为同一批药房工作人员.比较两组的药品管理情况、药房工作人员管理满意度.结果 研究组的药品调配准确度、自备药品充分、储存正确、药品在有效期内等药品管理情况评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).研究组药房工作人员总满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 药房药品管理中持续质量改进的运用效果优异.
Evaluation of the Application Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement in Pharmacy Drug Management
Objective To analyze the effect of continuous quality improvement in pharmacy drug management.Meth-ods A total of 12 staff members from the Department of Pharmacy at Jining First People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and grouped according to different management modes.Rou-tine pharmacy management was implemented from January to December 2022 as the reference group,and continuous quality improvement model was implemented from January to December 2023 as the research group.Both groups were from the same group of pharmacy staff.The drug management situation and the pharmacy staff satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The drug management scores of the research group were higher than those of the refer-ence group in terms of accuracy of drug dispensing,sufficient self-prepared drugs,correct storage,relevant indicators of drugs within the validity period,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total management satisfaction of pharmacy staff in the research group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous quality improvement in pharmacy drug management has excellent results.
