Research on the Application Effect of Nurses'Hierarchical Group Manage-ment in Orthopedic Nursing
Objective To analyze the effect of hierarchical group management by nurses in orthopedic nursing.Meth-ods 30 nurses of the department of Orthopedics in Yongzhou Third People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 15 nurses in each group.The control group was given routine management and the observation group was grven Hierarchical group management of nurses.The professional identity,work burnout,core skills,emotional intelligence level,and work efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results The professional identity score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work burnout score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The core skill score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The emotional intelligence level score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The work efficiency score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In orthopedic nursing,the use of hierarchical and group management by nurses is effective.It can improve nurses'professional identity and reduce job burnout.
