摘要
本文主要针对中药管理的现代化管理措施进行深入的分析,阐述了将现代化管理方法应用在中药管理中的必要性,并提出加强中药房工作人员管理、注重对不同种类中药管理、做好中药的护养和保存工作、对中药房环境进行管理、加快中药信息化管理的进程等管理措施建议,以期不断提升中药现代化管理的水平,确保患者安全用药.
Abstract
This article mainly analyzes the modern management measures of traditional Chinese medicine manage-ment in depth.Firstly elaborates on the necessity of applying modern management methods to traditional Chinese medicine management,and then proposes management measures and suggestions,including strengthening the manage-ment of staff in traditional Chinese medicine rooms,paying attention to the management of different types of tradi-tional Chinese medicine,doing a good job in the care and preservation of traditional Chinese medicine,managing the environment of traditional Chinese medicine rooms,accelerating the process of information management of traditional Chinese medicine,and in order to continuously improve the level of modern management of traditional Chinese medi-cine and ensure safe medication for patients.
