Effectiveness of Drug Care Management in the Management of High-Risk Drugs In Neurology
Objective To analyze the value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing management in the management of high-risk drugs in neurology.Methods 20 pharmacists from the Second People's Hospital of Taishan City were se-lected as the study subjects from January to December 2023,and traditional management was practiced from January to June 2023 as the traditional group,medicinal care management was practiced from July to December 2023 as the management group,and the quality of management,mismanagement events,adverse reactions and management satis-faction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of management in the management group was higher than that of the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of mismanagement events in the management group was 5.00%,lower than 20.00%in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the management group was 2.00%,lower than 9.00%in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satis-faction rate of management in the management group was 100.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the traditional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of medication manage-ment can reduce incidents of improper use of high-risk drugs,avoid adverse reactions,and significantly improve the quality of management,which can meet the management needs of high-risk drugs in neurology.
