研究综合目标管理在医院绩效管理中的运用效果

目的 分析综合目标管理在医院绩效管理中的运用效果.方法 选取2023年1-12月常州市武进中医医院的120名医务人员作为研究对象,按照是否实施综合目标绩效管理分为实施前组(2023年1-6月实施常规管理)、实施后组(2023年7-12月实施综合目标管理),比较两组运用效果.结果 实施后组医疗安全、医疗质量等管理效果评分高于实施前组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);实施后组绩效激励效果、考核项目客观性等管理措施满意度评分高于实施前组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);实施后组医务人员组织领导能力、计划能力、责任感、创新发展评分高于实施前组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 综合目标管理的实施,可提高医院绩效指标,提升医疗质量与绩效管理效果,提高医务人员综合素养,提高医护人员对管理的满意度.
Study the Application Effect of Comprehensive Goal Management in Hos-pital Performance Management
Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive goal management in hospital performance management.Methods A total of 120 medical staff in Wujin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Changzhou City from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into pre-implementation group(routine management implemented from January to June 2023)and post-implementation group(comprehensive management by objectives implemented from July to December 2023)according to whether comprehensive perfor-mance management was implemented,and the application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of medical safety,medical quality and other management effects in the post-implementation group were higher than those in the pre-implementation group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satis-faction scores of performance incentive effect and objectivity of assessment items in the post-implementation group were higher than those in the pre-implementation group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of organizational leadership,planning ability,responsibility and innovation development of medical staff in the post-implementation group were higher than those in the pre-implementation group,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive goal management can improve hospital performance indicators,improve medical quality and performance management effects,improve the compre-hensive quality of medical staff,and improve medical staff's satisfaction with management.
